Associate Professor Shiokawa received the FY2025 Young Scientists’ Award, the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology .
The award recognizes researchers under the age of 40 who have achieved outstanding results demonstrating advanced research and development capabilities, such as exploratory research or research based on original perspectives. The award was given for the work “Research on Ultrafast Analysis Algorithms for Large-Scale Data.”
